I have done extensive genealogy research on my mothers side of the family, Bailey- and on my father's side- Humphries.  Bailey's are from Michigan and Humphries are from Alabama.  Here's a link to my family tree file.

I have a pretty rich history.  My southern ancestors fought in the civil war and were famous, or infamous, depending on your perspective ;-), for bootlegging moonshine.

My northern ancestors came here from England and settled the land I live on today.
