This page is dedicated to the
accumulation of helpful resources for evangelism that can be
found on the Internet. It is our hope that these resources will
save you time and energy rather than "surfing the net"
for a particular resource. This site is not dedicated to fancy
graphics or Java script. It is dedicated to making resources
easier to find. If you have found a resource that has been
helpful and believe it should be added to this page, please send
us e-mail which includes the page site and URL. ENJOY!

Designing a Web Site for Your Congregation
Steve Metzger developed an excellent
"How To" site with lots of advice for those interested
in creating and maintaining a Web Site for their congregation.
There are step by step instructions on how to create and maintain
a site, along with an E-mail connection for advice. Steve created
this site for a workshop on this subject for the "Making
Christ Known" conference in Pittsburgh on November 22, 1997.
Web Page of
the Month Contest
I highly recommend that anyone designing a
web page for their congregation check out The Lutheran
Magazine's Web Page of the Month contest. Look at the
winners, and get ideas for your own web page. What catches your
eye? What is easy to read and use? Does it work well on your
browser?
ELCA Advice on Web Pages
The ELCA maintains a "How To" create a web page on
their site which should be checked out as well.
FAITH INKUBATORS
This site is an absolute MUST SEE for the
latest in confirmation and Sunday School resources and ideas.
Rev. Rich Melheim is a powerhouse of resource and information.
Workshops are advertised across the country, resources can be
purchased and you can E-mail questions about programs. Even if
you are not looking for material, check them out. Rich has done a
wonderful thing for the church!
THE BARNA

Yes! Believe it or not, Barna is on line. There are books,
research and publications available to order from Barna Research.
Seminars are advertised. There is a section of the Latest trends
and Data to read that is excellent. The site also includes
excerpts from George Barna's latest book. Spend some time here,
it is worth your while!
